Q: Is the API top-up a recurring subscription or a one-time payment? Will it expire?
A: The API top-up is a one-time payment that is consumed gradually. It does not expire and remains valid until the balance is used up.

Q: Is there a fee for downloading songs?
A: Downloading songs is free of charge. However, using the multitrack (stems) feature requires a separate payment.

Concurrent Requests

Q: What does "concurrent requests" mean? How should I understand it? How can I increase the number of concurrent requests?
A: "Concurrent requests" refers to the number of song generation tasks that can be processed simultaneously. Each task is counted from the launch of the request to the completion of song generation.

For example:

  • If your concurrency limit is 5, you can submit 5 song generation tasks at the same time.
  • If the limit is 10, you can submit 10 at once, and so on.

Higher-value top-up tiers offer a higher number of concurrent requests.

Multilingual Support

Q: What languages are currently supported for song generation?
A: Currently supported languages include Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, German, French, Italian, and Russian.

Commercial Authorization

Q: Can the generated content be used for commercial purposes?
A: Yes. All content generated through paid API calls comes with full usage rights and commercial authorization. You are free to use it in commercial products, platform distribution, advertisements, videos, and other business scenarios.

Billing & Usage

Q: Can I use my website membership or credits on the API platform?
A: No, your website membership and credits are not linked to the API platform. The API platform has a separate billing and credit system. Please purchase API credits or subscriptions directly within the platform.

Q: Do you offer refunds on the API platform?
A: Refunds are not supported. All API services are considered consumed once purchased and are non-refundable. Please make sure to confirm your needs before making a purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team.

Account & Balance Policies

Q: What is the validity period for recharge credits and how does it work?
A: To ensure a fair and sustainable service for all users, we have implemented a validity period policy for recharge credits. Here are the key details:

  1. Validity Activation: Each recharge activates a 12-month validity period from the date of purchase. Any subsequent recharge will automatically renew and extend the validity period of all existing credits in your account.
  2. No Refunds Policy: Please note that all credits - including both paid recharge amounts and bonus credits - are non-refundable once the validity period expires or under any other circumstances.
  3. Spending Order: When consuming credits, the system will always prioritize spending your paid recharge amounts first, followed by any bonus credits you've received.
  4. Sequential Consumption: If you have multiple recharges with unused credits, the system will consume credits from your earliest recharge (both paid and bonus amounts) before moving to more recent recharges, following the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principle.
